I am Prakash Bhandari from Pokhara. I am a xpusle 200 costumer. I purchased xpulse 200 last December and continuously facing problems related to lube oil leakage. I am continuously visiting the service center and reported solving the problem. They told they will inform the engineer and solve related problems but i think they are not being responsible. Its already been several months and still there is no response. I have talked with others too but they also recomend to go to the service center.
I am today writing this mail to express my strong disappointment to the service of NGMhero Nepal. Costumer satisfication is one of the most inportant factor but NGM is irresponsible about that. I am greatly disappointed by this.
NGM connect could not login after resetting the device. It shows null in both fields registration no and contact.
